CLAIMS for faulty items, or perceived shortages, should be immediately (within 24 hrs) advised upon receipt of the delivery to facilitate prompt attention. 

SMALLER goods are promptly dispatched via Australia post or Courier whichever is the cheaper or more appropriate method.If combining a No of items & it cubes out more than 20kg Australia post will not except,so freight will not calculate on order please contact us for a quote.

LARGER items need to be picked up from our Brisbane warehouse, or we can arrange Furniture transport if this meets with your approval. ie. Storage Box,Combination Tower Sml & Lge,Plate Rack, Chopping Block, Bread & Veg Bin . Laundry Hamper
